Safety information.
For safety, we encourage everyone attending the theatre to:
Be Fully Vaccinated.
To enter the theatre, we ask that all customers are fully vaccinated where applicable.
Return a Negative Test.
Return a negative PCR or Lateral Flow Test result within 48 hours prior to your chosen event, available here and delivered by email or text within 2 hours.
All Customers under the age of 18 must provide verbal confirmation that they have not tested positive or are currently suffering from any symptoms of COVID-19 symptoms from their parent, guardian, or the individual themselves if they are aged 16 or 17.
For everyone’s safety failure to provide these details may result in you being refused entry without a refund unless you are clinically exempt from providing your COVID-19 Status.
Seating and Distancing
As the theatre can open at full capacity it is important to know that you will be sitting next to people from other households in a non-socially distanced setting.
Face Coverings
As it is currently law in Scotland face coverings must to be worn in and around the theatre unless you are medically exempt. Coverings must be worn at your seat and when entering or leaving the theatre.
Face coverings may be removed when enjoying food and drinks.
Tickets
Please have your tickets ready to be scanned. This includes e-tickets and paper tickets.
Please ensure the bar/QR code is clear and readable upon arrival for a contactless entry
Plan your journey
Please follow local guidance and travel safely to the event. Please arrive in plenty of time as delays may be expected when entering the theatre. Parking is available nearby.
To support safe movement in the theatre, please arrive 60 minutes before the performance start time
Cashless Payments
We have gone cash free. We accept all major credit/debit card, apple and google pay. With contactless limit at £45
Feeling Unwell
If you are feeling unwell please
Do not attend the theatre.
Please check out our information on our website for alterative options if you are unwell or have to self-isolate.
Check-in Test and Protect
Please check in using the QR code upon arrival to the theatre. These will be available to scan on the entry doors.
Bars and Shops
To assist with the lack of uneccesary movement within the theatre during the perfromance, all bars and shops will be closed during the performance. They will be open before the show and at the interval.
Sanitising and Cleaning
Please use the hand sanitising stations upon arrival and around our theatre.
We have more daily and deep cleaning to ensure the theatre is clean and safe for your arrival.
Ventilation
Ventilation has been increased, improving fresh air circulation by changing our air handling units to draw in fresh air, as opposed to recirculating air.

- COVID-19 Additional Terms and Conditions.
These are in addition to our normal terms and conditions and apply to all tickets purchased for all shows at the Pavilion Theatre during the period when rules and guidance from the Scottish Government regarding the COVID-19 pandemic are in force.

Anyone purchasing a ticket or attending any event at the Pavilion Theatre acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.

Since it opened in 1904, the Pavilion has stayed close to it roots producing and providing a traditional venue for Comedy, Music, Variety and all other areas of Entertainment.
Situated in the heart of Glasgow’s Theatreland, the Pavilion is one of the oldest theatres in Scotland but is well equipped to produce the best in entertainment in the 21st century.
