Unfortunately, due to the failure of the promoter to produce the relevant health and safety, risk assessment & insurance documentation for the show, we have taken the decision to cancel the performance of On Point Hip Hop Dance on Sunday 21stOctober. We have given them plenty of time & opportunity to supply these items but despite continual promises, they have still failed to do this.

To receive a full refund, please return your tickets to the Pavilion Theatre Box Office as soon as possible. Please note that if you paid by debit/credit card, please ensure that you bring the card that you used to purchase your tickets. You can also return your tickets by post to the theatre Box Office at 121 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 3AX. If you are returning your tickets by post, we will call you to obtain your card details when we receive them, as our system does not hold your card details for security purposes.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you and hope that you appreciate that we simply could not continue without these legal documents.

  1. Well done for sticking by your principals, not only is the pavilion the best theatre in Scotland, but the fact that you are being responsible and the safety of your theatre goers is your priority you deserve a lot of respect for that. I have used the Pavilion for years, and this gives me so much confidence that you think of safety before profit, WELL DONE IAN GORDON for that decision.
