Our Centenary Celebrations book celebrates the fact that the Glasgow Pavilion remains the last stronghold of a long music hall tradition in Scotland. The book traces the history and highlights of the past 100 years in pictures and with humour.

We asked our customers and friends to think of a great name to Celebrate our first 100 years! The book will be published at the end of September 2004 and will feature the best entry received as a title! The lucky winner will receive a free signed copy of the first book from the press.

The Pavilion has defied all the odds and owes everything to a dedicated staff and patrons and nothing to the public purse. 

The Theatre receives no funding from the Scottish Arts Council and kindred bodies whose thoughts and cash are directed at higher cultural activities.

The book is being published by Black and White Publishing and is expected to retail for £9.99 per copy.
