I saw the Ken Dodd show at the Crucible
Sheffield in January 2002.in a 5 hour show.
Ken was on stage for 4 hours , his timing and quick delivery was
superb .for a man who will be 75 this year.
He leaves many younger comedians in the starting blocks. He has
got to be Britains finest with topical and jokes about local
places. He is a real star.
Long may he continue doing what he loves, entertaining the public
with the highest entertainment available.

Ken Dodd had us crying and falling about
with laughter and Britain should be proud of him and honour him
with a Knighthood as soon as possible as he deserves it because he
is the greatest.

I saw Ken Dodd at the Grande Theatre,
Blackpool on Sunday 29 October. I've always thought he was funny
from when I watched him on TV years ago. However, I wasn't
prepared for finding out just how funny he really is. My family
and friends never stopped laughing from the moment he came on
stage up until when he finished at 12.35 am! I was crying with
laughter then real tears when he ended his show with a song called
Absent Friends. He is definitely one of the best entertainers I
have ever seen and felt extremely privileged to have watched him
live. I have been a professional singer for the last 5 years until
I psychologically lost my voice in February. Seeing Ken Dodd
inspired me so much to get back on stage and if I can give a
fraction of the pleasure he emits to audiences, I will be happy.

The Only Living Comedy Legend
left in the UK. A true great, and the last of them at that , how
many peopl can be in a business for 45 years and still play to
sell outs week in week out ?

Absolutely brilliant show no
smut no swearing just good clean titillation. The man deserves a
