My family went to the show on the opening night and enjoyed it so much we booked up again for the following Saturday (for my son's birthday and took his friends and their families with us).

The whole show was fantastic and we were so disappointed when we read the article in the Evening Times. Of course there is a place for variety entertainment and we certainly passed on the word to our circle of friends.

Please consider another one next year. even if just for a couple of weeks.

See you at the pantomime!

"Am an avid musical theatre fan, and this show was one of the best I've seen in a long time!

Great to see that you don't have to go to London for high-quality talent. Have to congratulate everyone on their performance-dancers, musicians etc.

Krankees are still as funny as ever-hopefully they'll be around in years to come.

Couldn't believe Art of Illusion are from Glasgow-they look like they belong on a stage in Vegas, especially the striking assistant.

Hope to see more of her in the Pavilion in future. Thanks for putting on a really entertaining show!"

"Went to the show with our usual crowd of friends and family. It was just fantastic!

The Krankies were so funny, and Christian, well what can I say, just brilliant!

We'll be back again for the Pantomime and this time we will take our youngest member! Our grandson Ross who is two."

"The whole show was really fantastic! Not a bad bit in the show. I can't find the right words to give it justice. IT WAS FANTASTIC. The music arrange buy RAY JONES was great, as he is!"

"I nearly missed this show but my wife and I managed to catch it tonight Friday 3rd September.

Glad we did because it was a fantastic tribute to not only to the stars talents but to Ian Gordon and his entire staff.

Special effects music costumes lighting were superb. I don't think the Krankies or Christian have ever been better than tonight. Bucks Fizz and Stu Francis were brilliant and even viewed through binoculars I can't fathom out how Art of Illusion pulled off those illusions! Biggest puzzle for me was why anyone would want to stick burning swords etc through such a beautiful girl is beyond me! Now the wife, that's another matter!

Also nice to see bubbly Nicola Park in the backing vocals trio. Looking good kid! I guess Lawrie is doing the night time feeds!

The people of the West of Scotland who didn't see this show are the losers. More of the same Ian and Co."

"This show is absolutely tremendous. Christian was fantastic, I loved his rendition of Devil Woman and Greased Lightening, he always puts his all into every performance he does and is so energetic. It would be great to see more of his shows at the Pavilion in the future. He is the best entertainer we have in Scotland. I thought he looked gorgeous in his Grease outfit as well! Bucks Fizz were also fantastic as well, I thoroughly enjoyed watching them and the guys looked great in their white suits! Stu Francis and The Krankies were very funny, and Art of Illusion were great too. A fantastic show, and one not to be missed."

"I went to see the matinee show on Saturday and enjoyed the show so much I went back to the Wednesday afternoon show. All the acts were fabulous.

I am a huge fan of Christian, and I would have loved to have seen more of him in the show. It was fantastic to see Christian performing songs I have never seen him sing before. He looked fantastic in the wig in the Grease sequence! I would love to see the show called "Can't Stop Dancing" coming back to the Pavilion that starred Christian a few years ago."

"My husband and I saw the above show last night, and thought it was fantastic!!!

This was the 1st time we had been to the Pavilion and we loved the scale of the place, the show was fast moving and every act was great, we thought it was value for money (although the woman next to me got two for the price of one!)

Anyway we are going to book "Paras over the Barras" Thanks for a great night out! .

"Well we have been to the above show and it was fantastic but the only complaint (if you could call it one!) Is that we never saw enough of "our answer to everything" the number 1 star of the show Christian!

One song in the first half from Scotland's number 1 is not enough but the show is very entertaining, fantastic, brilliant and even fan dabi dozi.

Well done to the new musical director Mr Ray Jones for a fantastic arrangement of the whole show. Looking forward to going back and also to the pantomime coincidentally also starring .......Christian till the next time!"

"Wonderful show! The Krankies were fabulous as usual, Christian just seems to go on for ever, how old is he? The energy he has puts us all to shame.

Bucks fizz were sparkling as usual, all round it was a wonderful family night out, great show for any age. Better not forget the dancer's I have been involved in dance all my life and thought, routines could have been better, costumes were lovely, the girls just smiled non stop and so pretty. But could have done with keeping in cinc with each other a bit more.

 All round a wonderful night."

"One of the best variety shows we've seen in ages. Bucks Fizz although with only one former member sounded terrific, Christian well what can I say, wonderful as usual...

The Krankies had us in tears of laughter as did Stu Francis..Art of Illusion had us sitting wondering how on earth they did it and I can't forget to mention Ray Jones and his musicians..pure magic!!

Go along and see a brilliant show, a great night out!

 So thanks again Pavilion"

"I was in at both shows on the opening day and had especially went to see Christian, but found it disappointing that he was only on once in the first half! Surely Scotland’s top entertainer should have more time on stage as he is what a lot of the audience came to see? As usual Chris was brilliant and put on a great performance."

Also well done to Ray Jones for his
musical talents."

Well done to everyone at the Pavilion involved in this spectacular show

The music and comedy was fabulous. Christian was the star of the show. He was absolutely fantastic and on top form. He gave a beautiful rendition of his own song "Home", and also "Miss You Nights". I thoroughly enjoyed seeing him perform the songs from "Grease" as well. He looks as handsome and as young as ever! Can we please see more of him at the Pavilion? He's the best!

Bucks Fizz were great too, the outfits and music were fantastic. A brilliant show, and one which was enjoyed by people of all ages.

"I thought the show was fantastic. It had something for everyone.

I think it's about time that variety comes back to Glasgow. I'm only 18, so I don't remember it the first time around. My sister loved the show as well and we were both very surprised to hear in the evening times that the show hadn't done as well as was expected.

I would have recommended the show to everyone as there was something for all to enjoy. The Krankies were hilarious (as always) and art of illusion were spectacular.

I had never heard of Stu Francis (but I am only 18) but I thought he was absolutely comical. I had also never heard of Christian but I also thought that he was fantastic. (Very talented indeed)!

Bucks Fizz were wonderful and the dancers were great. A must see show for everyone to enjoy. The music was superb and the choreography was spot on.

Very Well Done to Iain Gordon and everyone else involved in creating this awesome show. I don't know why the show didn't do very well, but I for one loved it and I will certainly be enjoying a few more nights out at the Pavilion in the future!"

"Steven, great to hear your like variety. I'm 17 and am getting to like it too! It's the new Rock 'n' Roll!"
