Frank Carson was unrelenting in his gags-per-minute ratio. In full flow he was truly something to behold.

With a constant barrage of tall tales and short one-liners Frank kept the audience's laughter levels revved up to the max.

Frank was three times outright winner of Opportunity Knocks and rose to fame via the BBC's classic variety show, The Good Old Days and Granada TV's series The Comedians.

Also on  stage were Roy Walker, Mick Miller and Ken Goodwin. Quite simply, it was a night with comedians who are a legend!
