Booking Information
CURRENT CHARGES
Further to the introduction of the credit card surcharge ban, as of 13th January 2018, we have introduced a new fully inclusive Transaction Fee, for all bookings made via the Box Office or Online.
This is the same fee for all method of payments. This new fee of only £2.00 per transaction is well below the industry standard and we have tried to keep this down as low as possible. No other booking fees or charges are applicable and the only other charge would be for first class postage which is currently £1.25.
Please beware of purchasing tickets for the Pavilion Theatre on Ebay/Gumtree or any other online sites, as any tickets purchased in this manner for more than the face value will not be valid and tickets will be cancelled and entry will be refused. This is part of our terms and condition of all sales, please note that we have full details of all tickets currently being sold on these sites.
