Glasgow’s Pavilion Theatre prepares to reopen after major renovation

The famous Glasgow Pavilion theatre is throwing its doors back open for business this Thursday (July 25), after undergoing major improvement works.The Renfield Street venue has been closed to allow both essential electrical upgrades to take place, as well as aesthetic improvements.
The decoration of the auditorium has been restored to its former ornate glory, with traditional paintings, which have been missing for over 60 years, also being replaced in the theatre…. more >>
Since it opened in 1904, the Pavilion has stayed close to it roots producing and providing a traditional venue for Comedy, Music, Variety and all other areas of Entertainment.
Situated in the heart of Glasgow’s Theatreland, the Pavilion is one of the oldest theatres in Scotland but is well equipped to produce the best in entertainment in the 21st century.
