Cancellation Notification

Unfortunately, with the ongoing global situation, we have had no alternative than to cancel the performance of An Audience With Roy Keane, originally scheduled to take place from Wednesday 28^th October 2020.

If you purchased your tickets by card online or via telephone, then we will process this refund directly onto the card you used for the original purchase. Refunds will commence today and could take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

If you paid at the theatre in person via cash or card, our box office staff will contact you to arrange a suitable refund. Unfortunately, as we are working remotely, we cannot process cash refunds and can only offer, for original cash customers, a refund by cheque, bank transfer or direct refund onto a credit or debit card.

If you have any queries, please contact us, preferably by e-mail, on sales@paviliontheatre.co.uk (including your booking surname and postcode) or call our Box Office. Our staff are now working remotely to protect their own health and that of colleagues and customers therefore the theatre is not open to the public, but you can contact them on 0141 332 1846 (selecting option 1, 2 or 3), with opening hours of 10am till 3pm, Monday to Friday.

We apologise for any upset or disappointment this will cause and for the long wait in cancelling this show. Roy had been waiting on the announcement of football fixtures to plan the new date but we have no communication from his promoter in a long while which meant we had no alternative to cancel. We wish you well in these strange times, but we are hopeful that things will get back to normal soon and look forward to welcoming you back to the theatre soon.

For the first time ever in Glasgow, we bring to you a World Exclusive event with arguably the greatest club captain in the history British football.

Keane was a dominating box-to-box midfielder, noted for his aggressive and highly competitive style of play, an attitude that helped him excel as captain of Manchester United from 1997 until his departure in 2005. Keane helped United achieve a sustained period of success during his 12 years at the club. Every time that Keane played, he demanded everything of himself and his teammates, such so that Manchester United were a winning machine collecting trophies galore during a very successful period. Keane would go on to play for his boyhood club Glasgow Celtic, winning the double with them in his last competitive season in football. 

Roy Keane is the joint-most successful Irish footballer of all time having won 19 Major Trophies.

This event will see Roy Keane on stage for a ‘live and unscripted’ interview followed by an audience Q&A with some guests able to meet Roy Keane before the show starts.
