Johnny Curtiss starring as ‘The Big O’, Roy Orbison
Johnny Curtiss has a unique and powerful voice and a seemingly limitless vocal range which reaches the highest notes with consummate ease. Hailing originally from Glasgow Johnny came to London to seek his fame and fortune in the 1970’s and after serving his apprenticeship for a decade or so he found his fame with ‘Gidea Park’, a Beach Boys style close harmony band that had pop chart success appeared on the BBC chart show ‘Top Of The Pops’. Johnny then got together with his old friend Andy Sneddon and co-produced and starred in a theatre show about Roy Orbison called ‘Blue Bijou’. Johnny has recently been touring with the hit theatre show ‘Rockin’ On Heaven’s Door’ and now takes a star role in the new production of ‘In Dreams’
Marc Robinson starring as ‘Buddy Holly’.
Marc not only looks like ‘Buddy’ he sounds like ‘Buddy Holly’. Close your eyes at a concert and you will think you are listening to the master himself. Marc has been amazing audiences around the world for some years now including a performance at Paul McCartney’s annual Buddy Holly Week celebrations and an appearance at Sir Cliff Richards Birthday party, receiving praise from both of these masters of Pop Music. In recent years Marc has been ‘On The Road’with both his own theatre show and the hit theatre show ‘Rockin’ On Heaven’s Door’. He now co-stars in the new production of ‘In Dreams’.
The Fortt Brothers Starring As ‘The Everlys’.
David & Ian Fortt have been performing together as ‘The Everlys’ for over a decade now and have won many awards in the process. Since getting together for an appearance on Granada TV’s hit talent show ‘Stars In Their Eyes’ in 1994, these two talented men have toured the country many times over and have even headlined at the ‘Blackpool Command Performance’. TV presenter Jimmy Carol said….."If heartaches and harmonies are your thing….see these guys"….. They’re Brilliant!
