Mourning Mrs Brown
MOURNING MRS BROWN is part two of the Mrs Brown trilogy of comedy plays by Brendan O’Carroll. Following the success of "The Last Wedding" we return to Dublin and find the Brown family now trying to tackle the wake and funeral of Granddad Brown. There is just one problem…….Granddad Brown is not dead! Dermot and his now pregnant wife Maria are living with Mrs Brown, much to Maria’s dismay – and the pressure from her to get a place of their own has Dermot contemplating giving up his career in "Promotions" and returning to his life of crime with his old partner Buster Brady. Cathy Brown interrupts her new romance, to give partnership counselling to Rory and Dino who are having problems. Father Quinn is beginning to doubt his vocation. What he needs is a sign…..with the help of Agnes Brown he might have to settle for a miracle.
