Notice: some advertised shows have had to be cancelled more..
The Smash hit sell-out comedy starring Bernie Nolan (Brookside / The Bill), pop star Michelle Gayle (Eastenders), Kim Hartman (‘Allo ‘Allo), Rebecca Wheatley (Casualty) and Daniele Coombe (Acorn Antiques) portray a passionate illustration of the joys and agonies of parenting.
If you’re a mother, father or even loosely related to one – this hysterically funny and poignant collection of issues will touch you in some way.
This is a brutally honest, wickedly funny and exceptionally touching play about parenting, and let’s face it, we all put someone through it!
A hilarious and intimate look at motherhood.
After four record-breaking UK tours and a West End run and this award-winning, sell-out theatrical phenomenon is back, liberating, enlightening, educating and washing the secret, funny, dirty laundry of motherhood in public for the very first time.
Quotes from the show;-
"Every day I start out Mary Poppins but I end up Cruella DeVil"
"I find it much easier to be a good mum in public."
Quotes from the press;-
"It’s a show that should be sponsored by the NHS" – Mail on Sunday

ENJOYED A GREAT NIGHT OUT. PRE-THEATRE MEAL, FOLLOWED BY MUM`S THE WORD, HAVEN`T LAUGHED AS MUCH. CAST WERE BRILLAINT!
Absolutely fantastic ! I don’t have kids myself by OMG! this was totally superb! never stopped laughing from the moment I sat down. Well done girlies 🙂
Still laughing at the show!!
As mother of 10 month old twins everything was spot on. The cast touched every emotion you feel as a mother. I just wish my husband was present as it would save me the energy of trying to explain to him how I feel!!! 10 out of 10.
First class. Enjoyed every minute. Last night’s show (21 May) was exceptional – well done ladies, mums everywhere will be thanking you for a fabulous evening. I have recommended the show to all my mum friends – it should be essential therapy!
