Rally Roon The Rangers – Cancelled
Thank you for bearing with us regarding the performances of Rally Roon The Rangers, which were due to play at the theatre from 16th July to 1st August 2020. As things stand at the present time, there is no way that places of mass gatherings, like theatres, will reopen in the months to come.
In regard to bookings made for Rally Roon the Rangers, we felt that the best way forward is to refund in full at this time and we will start to process on Tuesday 28th April. We anticipate that this process should take us approximately one week to complete and refunds should be with you no later than Friday 8th May.
If you purchased your tickets by card online or via telephone, then we will process this refund directly onto the card you used for the original purchase and there is no need to contact us. If you paid at the theatre in person via cash or card, our box office staff will contact you to arrange a suitable refund.
Unfortunately, as we are working remotely, we cannot process cash refunds and can only offer, for original cash customers, a refund by cheque, bank transfer or direct refund onto a credit or debit card. Our staff are now working remotely to protect their own health and that of colleagues and customers. The theatre is no longer open to the public, but you can contact them on 0141 332 1846 (selecting option 1, 2 or 3), with opening hours of 10am till 3pm, Monday to Friday.
We have also rescheduled this production in 2021, running from Thursday 15th to Saturday 31st July 2021. If you had purchased tickets for this year’s production, we will send by email a priority link, giving you the first choice of obtaining the best seats for next year’s production of Rally Roon The Rangers. Original tickets will not be valid, therefore can we ask you to rebook for these new dates? The priority link will go live on Monday 11th May at 10am and will be online bookings only and will be available until Monday 1st June, where tickets will then be made available to the rest of the general public.
We hope that by doing it this way it is the fairest option and thank you to customers who had already booked for this year’s show. We hope that this will avoid any confusion when attending the new dates.
Due to box office restrictions we have at the present time, limited Royal Mail service and in the interest of safety, we would not post out any tickets booked at this time until it is safe to do so.
We have to say that we really had no option and are sure that everyone will be extremely disappointed, but it is important at this time that we all follow the guidelines and think of everybody’s safety.
Thank you and hope that you understand why we needed to refund and reschedule this production and look forward to this returning in 2021.
Yours sincerely,
Pavilion Theatre (Glasgow) Limited
