Sydney Devine
Sydney Devine is Scotland’s very own rhinestone cowboy, a singer whose career began with a television appearance in 1957 at the age of thirteen, developed during eight years touring with the White Heather Group, then changed from Scottish traditional music when, visiting Honolulu with the Andy Stewart Show, he heard the Hawaiian singer Don Ho perform Tiny Bubbles. This became Devine’s signature tune and he went on to sell fifteen million albums, mostly of watered down country and western which has been compared to Pat Boone, with many Scottish fans.
The one and only Sydney Devine sings the great old country standards in his inimitable fashion. Slide guitars, bluesy beat, and yodelling tones.

hi i have been a fan of sydney for years i have also turned my partner and my 2 kids a girl of 19yrs and a boy of 13yrs into a sydney fan they want to book for next years show so as soon as the dates are set we will book for next year but it wont just be us 4 there will be 9 off us if not more cant wait sydney we all love you xxxxxxxxxxx my partner would love him to play ten guitars

great family show – ive been a fan for ages and now my daughter and grand-daughter enjoy sydney’s music too. look forward to his sat afternoon matinee this year.
fantastic show as usual.despite him being ill so recently he gave his all.long may he reign. We travel from aberdeen every year for the show and go in twice on the Saturday.Look forward to it every year and book as soon as the tickets are out.
